Watercress, Pea And Mozzarella

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 800g fresh watercress
  • 800g Birds Eye Foodservice Peas, cooked
  • 800g mozzarella cheese, torn or cut into cubes
  • 50ml vinaigrette dressing

To prepare:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, making sure the peas and mozzarella are mixed right through the watercress.
  2. Add a light vinaigrette dressing just before serving and stir gently to coat.
