Watercress, Pea And Mozzarella
Serves: 10
Preparation time approx. 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 800g fresh watercress
- 800g Birds Eye Foodservice Peas, cooked
- 800g mozzarella cheese, torn or cut into cubes
- 50ml vinaigrette dressing
To prepare:
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, making sure the peas and mozzarella are mixed right through the watercress.
- Add a light vinaigrette dressing just before serving and stir gently to coat.
