Steamed Vegetable Stir Fry

Preparation time approx. 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 portions Birds Eye Foodservice Steam Bag Vegetables - Broccoli, Peas & Carrots.
- 10 portions of straight to wok noodles (1500g)
- 300g Chilli sauce (Jar or bottle for stir frying)
- Oil for frying (5 tbsp 75g)
To prepare:
- Heat the oil in wok or pan
- Add noodles and vegetables and stir fry with chilli sauce until hot
- Arrange on plate as in the picture and enjoy
