Steamed Vegetable Stir Fry

Preparation time approx. 10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 10 portions Birds Eye Foodservice Steam Bag Vegetables - Broccoli, Peas & Carrots.
  • 10 portions of straight to wok noodles (1500g)
  • 300g Chilli sauce (Jar or bottle for stir frying)
  • Oil for frying (5 tbsp 75g)

To prepare:

  1. Heat the oil in wok or pan
  2. Add noodles and vegetables and stir fry with chilli sauce until hot
  3. Arrange on plate as in the picture and enjoy
