Ingredients:
- 10 portions of Birds Eye Foodservice Steam Bag Vegetables – Broccoli, Peas & Carrots
- 10 pitta breads
- 500g plain yoghurt
- Chopped mint
To prepare:
- Cook the Birds Eye Foodservice steam bag vegetables as per pack instructions
- Mix the yoghurt with chopped mint and season to taste
- Heat the pitta in a microwave oven
- Arrange on a plate as in the picture and enjoy
