Steamed Vegetables in Pitta

Ingredients:

  • 10 portions of Birds Eye Foodservice Steam Bag Vegetables – Broccoli, Peas & Carrots
  • 10 pitta breads
  • 500g plain yoghurt
  • Chopped mint

To prepare:

  1. Cook the Birds Eye Foodservice steam bag vegetables as per pack instructions
  2. Mix the yoghurt with chopped mint and season to taste
  3. Heat the pitta in a microwave oven
  4. Arrange on a plate as in the picture and enjoy
