Soya Bean Omelette

Preparation time approx. 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 500g Birds Eye Foodservice Soya Beans
- 20 medium eggs (allow 2 per omelette)
- 300g pan roast mixed peppers
- 250g skinned diced tomatoes
To prepare:
- Cook the Birds Eye Foodservice Soya Beans as per pack instructions
- Pan-roast the mixed peppers and then dice them.
- Beat the eggs and add to a pan.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the omelette, fold over and serve
