Soya Bean Omelette

Preparation time approx. 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500g Birds Eye Foodservice Soya Beans
  • 20 medium eggs (allow 2 per omelette)
  • 300g pan roast mixed peppers
  • 250g skinned diced tomatoes

To prepare:

  1. Cook the Birds Eye Foodservice Soya Beans as per pack instructions
  2. Pan-roast the mixed peppers and then dice them.
  3. Beat the eggs and add to a pan.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the omelette, fold over and serve
