Homemade Mushy Peas

Preparation time approx. 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1kg Birds Eye Foodservice Garden Peas
  • 50g butter
  • 6 sprigs of mint, chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper

To prepare:

  1. Cook the peas as per pack instructions
  2. Add the butter and mint.
  3. Mash with a potato masher and season to taste.
