Homemade Mushy Peas

Preparation time approx. 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1kg Birds Eye Foodservice Garden Peas
- 50g butter
- 6 sprigs of mint, chopped
- freshly ground black pepper
To prepare:
- Cook the peas as per pack instructions
- Add the butter and mint.
- Mash with a potato masher and season to taste.
