Baked potato with Steam Fresh Vegetables
Serves: 10
Preparation time approx. 50 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 potatoes for baking
- 10 portions of Steam Bag Vegetables
- 10 tsp of low fat yogurt
- Chopped chives
To prepare:
- Bake the potatoes in the oven until cooked
- Steam the vegetables as per pack instructions
- Fill the potatoes with vegetables and top with yogurt and chives
