Baked potato with Steam Fresh Vegetables

Serves: 10
Preparation time approx. 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 10 potatoes for baking
  • 10 portions of Steam Bag Vegetables
  • 10 tsp of low fat yogurt
  • Chopped chives

To prepare:

  1. Bake the potatoes in the oven until cooked
  2. Steam the vegetables as per pack instructions
  3. Fill the potatoes with vegetables and top with yogurt and chives
