Chicken Dipper Wrap

Preparation time approx. 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 60 Birds Eye Foodservice Chicken Dippers
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 Shredded lettuce
- 24 cherry tomatoes
Dressing
- 150g natural low fat yoghurt
- Dash of lemon juice
- Milled black pepper
- Chopped coriander
To prepare:
- Cook the chicken dippers as per pack instructions
- Heat the wraps as per pack instructions
- Mix all ingredients to make the dressing
- Fill the wraps with tomatoes, lettuce, chicken and the dressing
