Chicken Dipper Sandwich

Preparation time approx. 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 60 Birds Eye Foodservice Chicken Dippers
  • 12 crusty flat French rolls or pieces of ciabatta bread
  • 12 small sliced tomatoes
  • 1 shredded lettuce
  • 300g low fat yoghurt
  • 5 tsp mustard

To prepare:

  1. Cook the dippers according to on pack instructions
  2. Halve and toast the bread
  3. Mix the shredded lettuce with the yoghurt and season with mustard
  4. Spread both pieces of bread with lettuce mixture
  5. Place sliced tomato on one piece of bread and top with the grilled Dippers
  6. Carefully lay the other piece of bread on top
