Chicken Dipper Kebabs

Preparation time approx. 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 40 Birds Eye Foodservice Chicken Dippers
- 200g Courgettes cut into bite sizes pieces.
- 200g Baby Carrots
- 120g Cherry Tomatoes
- 120g Button Mushrooms
- Sunflower oil to brush on the kebabs
To prepare:
- Slightly defrost the chicken dippers
- Place the chicken dippers with the vegetables alternatively on kebab sticks
- Brush with the oil and grill under a hot grill, turning once for about 10 mins
