Chicken Dipper Kebabs

Preparation time approx. 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 40 Birds Eye Foodservice Chicken Dippers
  • 200g Courgettes cut into bite sizes pieces.
  • 200g Baby Carrots
  • 120g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 120g Button Mushrooms
  • Sunflower oil to brush on the kebabs

To prepare:

  1. Slightly defrost the chicken dippers
  2. Place the chicken dippers with the vegetables alternatively on kebab sticks
  3. Brush with the oil and grill under a hot grill, turning once for about 10 mins
