Sweet & Sour Chicken Burger

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 Birds Eye Foodservice Chicken burgers
- 1700g cooked rice
- 400g baby sweet corn
- 400g baby carrots
- 400g mange touts
- 400g sweet and sour sauce (ready made)
To prepare:
- Cook the burgers as per pack instructions
- Cook the rice and the vegetables
- Place the cooked rice on a plate and top with the cooked mixed veg followed by a chopped burger
- Coat with the sweet and sour sauce
