Sweet & Sour Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

  • 10 Birds Eye Foodservice Chicken burgers
  • 1700g cooked rice
  • 400g baby sweet corn
  • 400g baby carrots
  • 400g mange touts
  • 400g sweet and sour sauce (ready made)

To prepare:

  1. Cook the burgers as per pack instructions
  2. Cook the rice and the vegetables
  3. Place the cooked rice on a plate and top with the cooked mixed veg followed by a chopped burger
  4. Coat with the sweet and sour sauce
