Chicken Burger With Salsa
Serves: 10
Preparation time approx. 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 10 Birds Eye Foodservice Chicken Burgers
- 10 large slices of ciabatta bread (each approx ¼ loaf, 60g)
- 150g Lettuce
- 2 small Courgettes
- 3 small red onions
- 10 baby sweetcorn
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Sprig of rosemary
For the Salsa
- 8 small tomatoes
- 8 small red onions
- Sprig of coriander
- 3 small chillies
- Dash of lime juice
To prepare:
- Chop all the salsa ingredients and season with the lime juice and milled pepper.
- Cut the vegetables into large chunks, toss in oil and grill with the Rosemary.
- Cook the burgers as per pack instructions
- Toast the ciabatta under the grill and fill with the burger, lettuce and salsa
- Serve with the grilled vegetables
