Chicken Burger Fajita

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 10 Birds Eye Foodservice Chicken Burgers
  • 800g mixed sliced peppers
  • 600g sliced onions
  • 10 tortilla wraps
  • 250g low fat yoghurt

To prepare:

  1. Cook the burgers as per pack instructions
  2. Cook the onions and peppers together in a pan.
  3. Slice the cooked burgers.
  4. Warm the wraps, coat with yoghurt, place the other ingredients on top and roll up.
